Believe the Hyphee - Lions Mane Empowered Spiced Ground Coffee - 12oz

For the coffee aficionado's out there that like to take a slower morning and like to bust out the ol' French Press or Drip coffee machines, This iteration of our awesome Believe the Hyffee is for you! The same, adaptogens, same flavor but just with a kick that can only be achieved through ground coffee.

instructions: This grounded coffee works best with a French press, pour over, standard coffee machine, or reusable K-cup. 

We recommend starting around 1-2 Tablespoons of Believe the Hyffee grounds per every 8 to 10 oz of water. Adjust depending on how intense you want your coffee to be. 

1 cup of Believe the Hyphee is approximately 100mg of Caffeine. 

FDA recommends not to go over 400mg of Caffeine a day for a healthy adult.

No more than 200mg for Pregnant Woman.
